摘要
以盆栽1年生毛籽金花茶、凹脉金花茶和平果金花茶3种金花茶实生苗为试材,采用人工模拟低温环境的方法对其叶片进行低温胁迫处理,测定其电解质外渗率,结合Logistic方程得出3种金花茶的低温半致死温度,并测定不同温度下叶片的游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,3种金花茶叶片相对电导率随温度降低呈"S"型上升,丙二醛、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均呈先上升后下降的趋势;低温半致死温度分别为-14.25、-13.25、-12.62℃,耐寒性由强到弱依次为毛籽金花茶>凹脉金花茶>平果金花茶。
To evaluate the cold tolerance of Camellia Sect.Chrysantha under artificial simulated low temperature environment,one-year-old potted seedlings of Camellia ptilosperma,Camellia impressinervis and Camellia pingguoensis were used as the test materials.The low temperature semi-lethal temperature(LT50)were detected with relative electric conductivity(REC)method combined with Logistic equation.The contents of free proline,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde(MDA)were also analyzed.The results showed that the REC of the three species of Camellia Sect.Chrysanthaincreased following an S-curve with the temperature dropped,and the contents of free proline,soluble sugar and MDA increased firstly,and then decreased.The LT50 of the three species of Camellia Sect.Chrysantha were-14.25℃,-13.25℃and-12.62℃,respectively.The cold resistance of the three species of CamelliaSect.Chrysantha followed the order was 〉C.ptilosperma 〉C.impressinervisC.pingguoensis.
