摘要
对海南省17个城区33所变电站内设施腐蚀的情况进行了现场考察,调研在海南高温、高湿、高盐条件下,变电站设施金属腐蚀及防护涂层失效的原因,并归纳了现有涂层存在的缺陷,以期为研究适合海南环境中的新型防腐蚀涂料提供依据。结果表明:不同气候环境中变电站设施腐蚀程度不同,现用防腐蚀涂层的腐蚀类型有全面腐蚀和局部腐蚀。
The corrosion phenomena of 33 substation facilities within 17 cities in Hainan province were analyzed,the failure reasons of coatings and metals in substations in high temperature,high humidity and high salt conditions in Hainan were investigated,and the problems existing in the coatings were summarized.It is found that the levels of corrosion were different in different substations.The corrosion types of the coatings include general corrosion and localized corrosion.The purpose of this research was to provide a basis for the study of new anti-corrosion coatings in Hainan environments.
