摘要
工学结合人才培养模式给高职院校的学生思想政治教育工作带来了挑战。教育主体与客体、教育的内容与方法发生了改变,因而导致学生在认知观念和行为方式上的转变。这就要求教育工作者实现教育理念的全面转变,加强学生思想政治教育队伍建设,加大企业参与学生管理力度,同时也要不断加强学生的自我教育。
Work- and- study mode has brought challenges to ideological and political education in vocational college. The change between the main body and the object,content and method of education leads to change of students＇ cognitive concept and behavior. This requires educators to change their education idea,to strengthen students＇ ideological and political education team construction,to increase the intensity of enterprises ＇participate in student management,to strengthen the students＇ self education as well.
