摘要
目的探讨癌症疼痛患者的护理措施。方法对63例癌症疼痛患者的护理过程进行归纳总结。结果 18例轻度疼痛、36例中度疼痛、7例重度疼痛均得到有效控制疼痛程度转为0分,2例重度疼痛通过止痛治疗转为轻度疼痛,阿片类药物的不良反应和副作用均减轻或消失。结论准确的疼痛评估、超前镇痛、及时的心理干预以及有效的处理镇痛药的副作用和不良反应是癌症疼痛患者护理的关键,能够减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of patients with cancer pain. Methods 63 cases of patients with cancer pain nursing process in generalizations. Results 18 cases of mild pain, 36 cases of moderate pain, severe pain in 7 cases were effectively controlled the degree of pain into 0 points, 2 cases of severe pain by analgesic therapy for mild pain, the adverse reaction of opioid drugs and side effects were relieved or disappeared. Conclusion Accurate pain assessment, ahead of analgesia, timely and effective psychological intervention treatment analgesic effects and adverse reactions is the key to the patients with cancer pain nursing, patients can reduce pain, improve the quality of life of the patients.
