摘要
随着我国经济进入转型发展的"新常态",创新对社会生产力发展的作用更加明显,国家及时提出了"以就业优先,创业带动就业"的发展目标,高度重视创业教育和创业服务工作。加强大学生就业指导和创业教育,培养学生的创业意识和创业能力,推动大学生自主创业的成功是一个系统工程,文章从政府、社会、高校与家庭四个方面分析了各自主体在创业氛围营造、创业激励机制完善、创业指导和推动创业帮扶等方面的作用,并进一步探索了构建"多元化"创业服务体系的途径。
Along with our country＇s economy entering into a ＂new normal＂ development of the transformation, the effect of innovation for the development of social productivity is becoming more and more apparent. The government timely puts forward the development goals of ＂taking employment as the priority, entrepreneurship creating more employment opportunities＂, and attaches great importance to the entrepreneurial education and innovation service work.To strengthen college students＇ employment guidance and entrepreneurship education, cultivate the students＇ pioneering consciousness and ability, to promote the success of the college students＇ self-employment is a systematic work. This article analyzes four subjects of the government, society, university and family in entrepreneurial atmosphere building, entrepreneurial incentive mechanism perfecting, entrepreneurial guidance and promoting the role of the business support, and further explores the ways to construct the ＂pluralism＂ innovation service system.
