摘要
通过梳理2009年以来,学术界对当代大学生信仰和大学生党员入党动机、大学生党员发展教育、大学生党员管理质量等方面的研究,发现存在着研究内容多属于工作经验的总结,高质量、高立意和高水平的论文很少;研究成果的形式多见于期刊论文,硕士、博士论文,并未进行系统论述;研究成果的层次不高等问题。因此,围绕“大学生党员发展和管理质量”这一主题,应从立标准、建机制的角度深入研究,突出内涵建设和实践操作,形成系统的针对性强的理论成果,从而更好指导大学生党建工作实践。
Since 2009, the academic circles have studied motivation to join the CPC （Communist Party of China）, contemporary undergraduates＇ beliefs and student Party members＇ education of Party members and the quality of their management. According to the researches, some problems are found： most research contents are summary of work experiences; there are few high-level papers as to quality, level and conceptions; research outputs are more frequently seen in journals, and Master Dissertation or Doctoral Thesis, without systematical elaboration or sophisticated advancement. In that, in order to better guide students＇ working practice of the Party-building, based on the theme ＂recruitment of undergraduate Party members and quality management＂, it is essential to set up rules and standards to emphasize connotation structure and practical operation for systematical and targeted theoretical achievements.
