摘要
介绍了有无断液盘初冷器结合机械化氨水澄清槽使用过程中,对循环水系统、低温水系统负荷及对机械化氨水澄清槽分离的影响。分析使用过程中暴露出的一些问题和解决办法,对有无断液盘初冷器工艺进行比较。
In the paper,it is introduced the effects of primary coolers with and without the closed liquid tray combined with the mechanical ammonia liquor decanter on the load of circulating water and low temperature water systems as well as the separation of mechanical ammonia liquor decanter. Moreover,the porblems and solutions in use are analyzed as well as the technologies of primary coolers with and without the closed liquid tray are compared.
