摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组予西药氟桂嗪治疗,治疗组在此基础上予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,比较2组总有效率和治疗前及治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月后偏头痛发作次数。结果:总有效率观察组为95.0%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。偏头痛发作次数2组治疗后均明显减少(P<0.05),观察组治疗2、3个月后,偏头痛发作次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗的基础上以血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛可提高临床疗效,减少发作次数。
Objective： To explore curative effects of modified Xue Fu Zhuyu Tang in the treatment of migraine.Methods： Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the control group received flunarizine, and the treatment group modified Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang, total effective rates of both groups,attack frequency of migraine were compared after treating in one month, two months and three months. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, higher than 77.5% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups（P〈0.05）. Attack frequency of migraine in both groups reduced obviously after treating（P〈0.05）, after treating in two and three months, attack frequency of the observation group was less than that of the control group obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： On the foundation of western medicine, Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang in treating migraine could improve clinical effects and reduce attack frequency.
