摘要
将具有表面活性功能基团引入部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)分子链上,制备了表面活性聚合物。室内开展了其主要性能评价实验,并与普通聚合物HE62210比较。结果表明,表面活性聚合物表现出较好的增黏性、耐温性、热稳定性和抗剪切性,80℃下老化28 d,表面活性聚合物BHJ-6黏度保留率80%左右。
A surface active polymer was prepared by bringing a group with surface activity function into the molecular chain of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide( HPAM). Laboratory experiment was carried out to evaluate the main properties of this surface active polymer and compare its properties with that of a common polymer designated as HE62210. The results of experiment have shown that Surface Active Polymer BHJ- 6has good viscosity increasing property,heat resistant property,thermal stability and shearing resistant property and that its viscosity retention rate can be maintained at 80% after it is aged at 80 ℃ for 28 d.
