Implementation of Measuring the Rotation Velocity of Motors Based on Giant Magnetoresistance Sensor in Experimental Teaching

摘要 介绍了巨磁电阻梯度传感器工作原理,设计、制作了适用于实验教学的巨磁电阻转速测量实验装置,实现了通过单片机对步进电机转速的控制及对被测转盘转速的实时测量,给出了电机工作在不同转速状态下的测量结果,验证了同步电机转速与控制频率的变化关系。 This paper reports an experimental set-up of real time measuring the motor rotation velocity based on giant magnetoresistance ( GMR) sensor. The paper briefly reviews the working principle of the GMR sensor first,and then describes the design of the chip-controlled experimental set-up and its implementation. Measure-ments are then carried out for different rotation velocities of a stepping motor and the relation. Between the rota-tion velocity of the synchronous motor and control frequency is obtained and verified. This present experimental set-up can realize the real-time measurement of the rotation velocity of an object.
