摘要
目的了解南阳市10~16岁男性青少年的遗精年龄、阴毛和睾丸发育、睾丸容积等信息,为制定本市男性青少年的健康促进策略提供依据。方法 2012年1月—2013年6月采用描述性流行病学设计,随机抽取1 594名适龄儿童进行体格检查,分析遗精年龄、阴毛和睾丸发育、睾丸容积等。计量资料比较采用方差分析,两两比较采用LSD法;计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 1 594名调查对象首次遗精年龄为(13.22±0.67)岁,遗精比例为26.16%,遗精报告率随年龄增长而上升,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);随着年龄的升高,儿童的睾丸容积、阴茎长度、阴茎周径均呈增高趋势,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);随着年龄的增长,外生殖器与阴毛发育Tanner分期在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的比例逐渐降低,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ期的比例逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=136.998,P〈0.05);喉结发育率随年龄增长而增加,差异有统计学意义(χ2=243.33,P〈0.05)。结论南阳市男性青少年发育与全国水平基本一致,应及时开展青少年青春期健康教育,以促进青少年的健康发育。
Objective To investigate emission age,pubic hair and testicular development,testicular volume of male adolescents aged10~16 in Nanyang,and to provide the basis for the development of health promotion strategies in male adolescents.Methods Descriptive epidemiology was designed.1 594 children were randomly selected from January 2012 to June 2013.Emission age,pubic hair and testicular development and testicular volumes were analyzed.Measurement data was processed by variance analysis,pairwise comparison was used by LSD.Count data was used by chi square test,P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The first age of semen was(13.22±0.67),with the emission ratio of 26.16%.The emission reporting rate was increased with age,the difference was statistical significance(P〈0.05),and the same as testicular volume of children,penis length,and penis circumference,the differences were statistical significance(all P〈0.05).With age increasing,the proportions of Ⅰ and Ⅱ period of Tanner stage were decreased,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ period were increased,the difference was statistical significance(χ2=136.998,P〈0.05).Laryngeal growth rate in each age group had statistically significant(χ2=243.33,P〈0.05).Conclusion Male adolescent development is consistent with the national level in Nanyang.Health education should be undertaken for adolescents in order to promote the healthy development of them.
