术前放化疗联合微创食管切除术治疗晚期食管鳞癌疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察术前放化疗联合微创食管切除术治疗晚期食管鳞癌的疗效。方法将120例晚期食管鳞癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组均采用微创食管切除术治疗,观察组术前行放化疗。比较两组总手术时间、胸部手术时间、术中出血量、完全切除率、中转开胸腹率、ICU停留时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组总手术时间、胸部手术时间、术中出血量、完全切除率、中转开胸腹率、ICU停留时间、术后住院时间及术后声音嘶哑发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义,观察组心脏、肺部并发症和吻合口漏、乳糜胸发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论术前放化疗联合微创食管癌切除术与单纯微创食管切除术治疗晚期食管鳞癌相比,术后心脏、肺部并发症和吻合口漏、乳糜胸发生率较低。
