摘要
山钢股份有限公司莱芜分公司采用废钢+70%~80%铁水-100tUHP EAF-双工位120tLF-120tVD-圆坯连铸机(R16.5m)-φ1 350mm粗轧/φ950mm×4/φ800mm×2精轧生产线,通过控制原料成分,合理优化电炉、LF精炼炉、VD炉、连铸、轧制工艺及参数,采用大压缩比、无扭微张力轧制技术,成功开发生产出SA106C高压锅炉管用钢。钢材成分洁净度,高倍、低倍组织,表面质量,尺寸等各项指标均满足用户协议要求。
The SA106 Csteel bar for high pressure boiler tube was developed by the scrap+70%-80% hot metal-100 tUHP EAF-120 tDuplex LF-VD-CC-CCR process in Laigang.By controlling the operation parameters of arc furnace steelmaking,EBT tapping and alloying,shielding casting in whole period,high rolling compression ratio and no-twist rolling with minimum tension,the steel bar fully met the requirements of customer with good microstructure,inclusions and surface quality.
