摘要
针对唐山兴隆钢铁公司热连轧全连续生产线的布置特点,提出了符合现场实际需要的剪切控制策略。采用高精度的数学模型,实现了轧件头尾的准确跟踪,以及剪切角和飞剪剪切启动时刻的精确计算,保证了轧制生产节奏的连续性,并成功将剪切长度误差控制在80mm以内,提高了产品的成材率。
According to the lay-out characteristics of the hot tandem strip mill in Tangshan Xinglong Iron Steel Co.,the shearing control strategy was proposed.And based on the advanced mathematical models,the strip tracking was realized accurately,also the control parameters of fly shearing were calculated precisely.The continuity of the production rhythm was guaranteed.Application results showed that the average cutting length tolerance of rolled strip was controlled within 80 mm,so the strip yield was improved.
