摘要
氧化铁皮粘结是UF轧机半万能法生产腿内侧为双斜度断面钢轨的主要问题,会影响钢轨表面质量,降低轧辊使用寿命及生产效率,增加人工劳动强度。本文通过仿真分析,认为腿内侧交界处摩擦阻力大,"刮蹭"流动的金属是形成氧化铁皮粘结的主要原因。采用润滑轧制工艺降低了腿内侧交界处的摩擦因数,可以解决氧化铁皮粘结问题,同时孔型修磨次数、孔型磨损量、轧制负荷及人工强度等均不同程度降低。
Scale bond was the key problem of production rail with double slope by half universal groove in UF mill.It impacted on surface quality,sevice life of roll and productivity,intensity of labor.In this article,the simulation analysis results showed that friction resistance was big in joint with base and web,the flow of metal "scratches" was the main reason for scale bond.Lubrication rolling technology were adopted to decrease the friction coefficient,and the problem of the scale bond in joint with base and web was resolved.At the same time,the grinding times and wear loss of groove,rolling load and intensity of labor were reduced.
