摘要
介绍了单缸柴油机惰轮轴挡板螺栓脱落问题的排查方法,通过对其影响因素的分析,进行试验和测量,提出了设计改进措施和质量控制措施,使其螺栓脱落问题得到了解决,同时也确保其安全性。
This paper introduces the investigation method for single cylinder diesel engine idler shaft baffle bolt off problem. By analyzing,testing and measuring factor affecting specific consumption, measures for improving design and quality control are proposed to solve bolt off problem,and also to ensure its safety.
