基于PL6-C型纸样抄取器的温度控制研究

摘要 针对造纸工艺过程中采用传统PID温度控制存在的收敛时间长、超调量大、精度低等问题,提出了模糊PID控制方案。与传统PID控制在PL6-C型纸样抄取器中的应用上相比,模糊PID控制在上升时间、超调量、调整时间等性能指标方面都有显著改善,确定了适合PL6-C型纸样抄取器温度控制的模糊PID算法。实际运行结果验证了模糊PID控制的可行性和精确性。 To overcome the disadvantages of the traditional PID temperature control used in paper making process,e. g.,long convergence time,big overshoot,and low accuracy,etc.,the control strategy of fuzzy PID is proposed. The applications of fuzzy PID control and traditional PID control in PL6-C handsheet former are compared; it is found that the rise time,overshoot and adjusting time of fuzzy control are all better than those of traditional PID control. Thus the fuzzy PID algorithm for temperature control suitable for PL6-C handsheet former is determined.The practical operating results verify the feasibility and exactness of fuzzy PID control.
