摘要
目的:分析临床药师参与儿科患者临床治疗的实践案例及其药学监护。方法:通过参与儿科患者临床治疗,坚持每日查房、书写药历,协助临床制订合理的治疗方案,为患者提供用药指导等方法融入治疗团队。结果:参与儿科患者的临床用药治疗,提高了儿科患者的临床疗效,保障了用药安全。结论:参与临床实践不断积累经验,努力提高自身专业素养,培养沟通交流技能,与医护人员建立互信合作的关系,为患者提供更好的医疗服务。
Objective： To analyze the cases of clinical pharmacists participating in pediatric patients and pharmaceutical care of clinical medication. Methods： By insisting on daily ward rounds, writing medication records, assisting doctors to choose rational drug therapy plan and providing guidance for pediatric patients, clinical pharmacists can participate in the clinical treatment team. Results： The participation of clinical pharmacists improved the therapeutic effect and ensured the safety of drug use for pediatric patients. Conclusion： Through clinical practice to accumulate experience, to improve professional qualities and cultivate communication skillS, and to establish the mutual trust and cooperation relations with medical staffs, clinical pharmacists can provide better medical service for patients.
