摘要 长链非编码RNAs(IncRNAs)是一类长度超过200个核苷酸,不能编码蛋白质的RNA分子,研究表明其能在多个水平调控基因表达,从而广泛参与细胞内复杂的生物学过程。lncRNAs与多种恶性肿瘤关系密切,在不同肿瘤的发生发展中发挥致癌或抑癌作用。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,越来越多的lncRNAs被人们所认知。NEAT1是近些年被发现的一个长链非编码RNA,除了在亚核体paraspeckles的结构形成及维持过程中有着重要作用外,研究人员还发现其可通过不同的信号通路在多个肿瘤中扮演重要角色。 Long non-coding RNAs(IncRNAs) is a kind of RNA molecule more than 200 nucleotides in length,can not encoding a protein.Studies show that it can regulate gene expression at multiple levels to participate in a wide range of complex biological processes within the cell.IncRNAs closely related with a variety of malignant tumors,play an oncogenic or tumor suppressor role in the development of different tumors.With the development of molecular biology techniques,more and more IncRNAs perceived by people.NEAT1 is a long non-coding RNA,which was found in recent years,in addition to the formation and maintenance of the process,it plays an important role in the body pai'aspeckles subnuclear structure,the researchers also found that it can play important role in different signaling pathways in multiple tumors.
