天麻素对人肝微粒体细胞色素P450酶的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:考察天麻素对人肝微粒体中主要细胞色素P450酶(cytochrome P450,CYP450)是否存在抑制作用。方法:采用Cocktail探针底物法考察天麻素对人肝微粒体中主要I相药物代谢酶CYP1A2、CYP2C9、CYP2C19、CYP2D6、CYP3A4、CYP2E1活性的影响。结果:天麻素对CYP450各亚型无明显抑制作用。结论:天麻素对所考察的CYP450酶各亚型没有抑制作用,提示在临床应用中天麻素可能不会引起由于对CYP450酶抑制作用所致代谢性药物相互作用。 AIM: To investigate the inhibition of gastrodin on main cytochrome P450( CYP450) in human liver microsomes. METHODS: The effects of gastrodin on the activities of main phase Ⅰ metabolic enzymes in human liver microsomes,CYP1A2,CYP2C9,CYP2C19,CYP2D6,CYP3A4,CYP2E1 were investigated using Cocktail probe drugs method. RESULTS: Gastrodin had no significant inhibitory effects on CYP450 subtype. CONCLUSION: Gastrodin had little potential metabolic drug-drug interaction mediated by CYP450 inhibition in clinical application.
