摘要
老子在《道德经》中对"道"的论述所表达的认识论思路,是老子对于人类实际的概念思维过程的真切感受和理解。"道"是人类概念打破自然界面的归类操作。"道"为本源,是概念外延的不断扩大。"道"生万物,是概念内涵的条条分割。老子认为,概念外延的扩张与概念内涵的分割效用是同一条边界的功能,所以统一名曰:"道"。"道",即划界与分割。概念思维使人类发展出超越感知性自然分界的划界,从而能够重新切分世界,"道"是人类深入认识世界的工具。以此解读《道德经》中"道"的核心章节,并展现出更通透的解释效能。
The epistemological idea expressed by Lao-tzu in the discussion about Tao in ‘The Classic of the Virtue of the Tao' is his distinct feeling and understanding of the humans based on the actual concept thinking process.Tao is a categorizing operation by which the natural interface is broken by human concepts. Tao, as the origin,is the endless expansion of concept denotation. Tao generating all things on the earth refers to the dividing of concept connotation. Lao-tzu believed that the extension of the conceptual denotation and the dividing of con-ceptual connotation derive from one boundary. It has a universal name ‘Tao'. ‘Tao' means demarcating and dividing. The conceptual thinking allows people to develop the demarcation beyond the perceptually natural boundary, thus enabling them to re-categorize the world. Tao is a tool by which the human can go deep into the world. Its key chapters about Tao are interpreted and the thorough interpreting effectiveness is displayed on such basis.
