摘要
过去五年,衡阳及中部地区公共图书馆事业发生了较快的发展,具体表现为:经费保障大幅提升;机构实现全覆盖、基础设施得到加强;文献资源日益丰富,资源结构进一步优化升级;基础服务成效显著;阅读推广活动形式多样;标准化、均等化建设有力推进。中部地区公共图书馆的生存已不再是障碍,目前面临的主要问题是如何在推进现代公共文化服务体系建设中提升资源的供给及服务能力、服务的效能,如何加强区域文化联动、推动公共图书馆事业相对均衡发展。
Libraries of Heng Yang and Central China have made significant achievements in the past five years that mainly include the following aspects ： to increase funds significantly; organizations achieve full coverage; to strengthen infrastructure; literature resources are increasingly rich; further optimization of resource structure; the effect was obvious in basic services; there are different forms of reading promotion activities; implementation of library construction of standardization and equalization. The public library survival is no longer a barrier in Central China. At present the main problems are how to improve the resource supply, service capacity and efficiency; how to strengthen regional cultural linkage in order to promote the relatively balanced development of public librarianship.
