摘要
我院利用无线网络、手持终端、条形码技术,在围手术期各个环节中进行手术安全核对,实现了手术前、中、后各环节病人身份确认与手术安全相关信息核对,构建了手术病人、手术部位、手术器械的强制核查机制,确保了手术安全核查制度执行到位,实现手术全程追溯系统,保障手术安全,方便护士提高工作效率。
Our hospital used wireless network, handheld terminals, and bar code technology to carry out operation safety check in all aspects of the perioperative period. We realized patients＇ identification and operation safety information check before, during and after the operation, constructed the compulsive verification mechanism of operative patients, surgical site, and surgical instruments, ensured the in place implementation of surgical safety verification system, achieved the traceability system of overall process of the opertion, ensured the safety of operation, and improved the nurses＇ work efficiency.
