摘要
为筛选适合万寿菊的育苗基质与菌剂配方,以玉米秸秆、草炭土、蛭石为原材料,按照不同比例配成6种混合基质,测定基质的物理性质、化学性质及植物生长性状,筛选育苗基质;在此基质中加入不同配比的幼套球囊霉与解磷菌,测定栽培万寿菊实生苗生长与花期.结果表明:V(玉米秸秆)∶V(草炭土)∶V(蛭石)=1∶1∶1的基质可作为万寿菊的育苗基质,幼套球囊霉(33.33 g/kg基质)与解磷菌(33.33 m L/kg基质)混施为适合万寿菊栽培的菌剂配方.
With the aim of suitable seedling substrate and microbial inoculums formula,6 mixed substrates were made up,respectively,on basis of different ratios of maize straw,peat and vermiculite,and they were screened for growing seedling by comparing their chemical,physical and seedling-growing characteristics for Tagetes erecta L.seedlings.Subsequently,Glomus etunicatum and phosphate-solubilizing microorganism were added into the screened substrate,respectively,according to some ratios of them,and both growing and blooming characteristics of Tagetes erecta L. seedlings in the substrate,were determined and observed in all microbial inoculums formula.Finally,it was found that both the substrate(1∶1∶1) and the mixture of Glomus etunicatum(33.33 g/kg substrate) and phosphatesolubilizing microorganism(33.33 m L/kg substrate),were regarded as the most suitable seedling substrate and microbial inoculums formula,respectively,for Tagetes erecta L. seedlings.
