香叶抑菌活性物质提取工艺优化

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Antibacterial Substances from Laurus nobilis

摘要 为研究香叶抑菌活性物质的提取工艺,选取枯草芽孢杆菌作为指示菌,以提取率×抑菌直径为参考指标,用响应面法进行工艺参数优化。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度66%,浸泡时间9.7h,超声波提取时间90min。 In order to investigate the extraction technology of antibacterial substances from Laurus nobilis,Bacills subtilis are used as indicator bacteria.Take extraction rate and diameter of inhibition zone as the monitoring parameters,the optimum extraction conditions are obtained by response surface methodology(RSM).The results show that the optimum extracted conditions are:ethanol concentration of 66%,soaking time of 9.7h,ultrasonic-assisted extraction time of 90 min.
