摘要
新形势下高校青年教师核心价值观建构面临诸多问题与挑战,高校必须采取有力措施加强青年教师核心价值观建设。青年教师核心价值观建构的路径主要有:加强青年教师的师德师风建设;加大对青年教师进行思想理论宣传教育的力度;着力加强校园文化建设,注重发挥校园文化的隐性教育作用;注重青年教师的社会实践锻炼,提高青年教师践行核心价值观的能力。
Core values construction for young college teachers in new situation faces many problems and challenges.Universities must take effective measures to strengthen the construction of young teachers＇ core values.The path of core values construction for young teachers are as follows：strengthening young teachers＇ ethics,increasing young teachers ideological and theoretical education efforts,focusing on strengthening the construction of campus culture,paying attention to the implicit education of campus culture,and concentrating on social practice training for young teachers to improve their ability of practicing core values.
