摘要
摆臂能有效地提高纵跳成绩这一现象已为人所共知,为解释这一现象,国内、外学者提出了一系列的理论假说,包括力的传递说、蹬伸时间延长说、动量增加说、拖拽说、关节力矩增大说,这些理论假说分别从不同的角度对摆臂提高纵跳成绩这一现象进行了解释,对人们深入地认识摆臂影响纵跳成绩的科学机制具有一定意义和价值。但从大量文献研究结果的一致性较差可以看出,这些理论假说的解释力明显较弱,甚至还存在一些明显的不足和缺陷,可以结合这些理论假说的优缺点,取长补短,更加深入地展开实验研究,进一步推进摆臂影响纵跳成绩的科学机制理论发展。
As everyone knows that arms-swing can effectively enhance the vertical jump performance.In order to explain this phenomenon,a number of theoretical hypothesis have been developed by many scholars both at home and abroad,many of them concentrating on force transfer theory,time extension theory,momentum increased theory,dragging theory and torque improvement theory.Those theories have explained how arms-swing increases vertical jump performance from different viewpoints,which have certain significance and value to understand the scientific mechanism of how arms-swing improves vertical jump performance.However,empirical tests reveal mixed results.Although no single hypothesis has received overwhelming empirical support,the usefulness of these theories in explaining the mechanism of arms-swing in vertical jump cannot be ignored,all of them can be learned to further promote the mechanism theory of how arms-swing improves vertical jump performance.
