Dual Objective Optimal Synthesis of Trajectory and Velocity of Four-bar Mechanism based on the Variable Speed Driving Link

摘要 提出了一种基于变速原动件的轨迹-速度双目标设计要求下优化综合连杆连续轨迹生成机构的方法。首先在设定曲柄匀速转动前提下,以位置误差最小为目标函数,优化计算出符合轨迹设计要求的平面连杆机构尺寸,然后以原动件的角速度作为变量,以机构执行末端速度值误差最小为目标函数,优化计算出原动件的运动规律。 An optimal synthesis method of an integrated link with continuous trajectory generation mechanism is proposed based on the trajectory and velocity dual object design requirement of variable speed driving link. First,under the premise of setting uniform rotation of the crank,taking the minimum position error as objective function,the planar linkage mechanism size meeting the track design requirements is optimized and calculated. Then,regarding the driving link angular velocity as variable and the minimum error of implementing mechanism velocity value as objective function respectively,the movement law of the driving link is calculated.
