摘要
目的:总结分析补阳还五汤合益气聪明汤治疗慢性脑供血不足的疗效。方法:将入选的112例病例随机分为两组,对照组采用基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用中药补阳还五汤合益气聪明汤。治疗2个疗程后观察并比较患者的头晕、头痛改善情况。结果:治疗组的总有效率、脑血管血流动力学改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤合益气聪明汤治疗慢性脑供血不足有显著的疗效。
Objective To analyze clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus the Yiqi Congming decoction on chronic cerebralcirculation insufficiency. Methods： 112 cases were randomly divided into two groups; the control group took conventional treatment; the treatmentgroup received the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus the Yiqi Congming decoction more. In 2 weeks, dizziness and headache improvement ingroups were compared. Results： The total efficiency and improvement of cerebral blood flow dynamics in the treatment group were both better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus the Yiqi Congming decoction was significantly effective on CCCI.
