摘要
目的:探讨饮食干预对维持性血液透析患者营养不良的影响。方法:对80例维持性血液透析患者实施6个月的饮食指导,在护理干预前后通过改良定量主观综合性营养评估法(MQ-SGA)及主要生化营养学指标进行疗效比较。结果:饮食前后患者营养不良发生率分别为61.25%和41.25%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),各项主要营养指标较护理干预前均得到明显改善,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:科学的饮食指导能有效地防治血液透析患者的营养不良,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate effects of dietary guidance on the nutritional maintenance of hemodialysis patients. Methods:80 patients took dietary guidance interventions through improved quantitative subjective global nutritional assessment method (MQ-SGA).Results: Before and after eating, malnutrition rates were 61.25% and 41.25% (P〈0.05); the major nutrition indicators, than before, bynursing intervention were significantly improved, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Dietary guidance can effectivelyprevent from malnutrition in hemodialysis patients.
