摘要
目的：观察坤泰胶囊联合氯米芬治疗不孕症患者经间期出血的疗效。方法：治疗组56例于月经第5d开始口服氯米芬,连服5d,同时服坤泰胶囊7~10d。对照组于月经第5d服戊酸雌二醇（补佳乐）,连服7~10d。两组均治疗3个月经周期。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.42%,对照组总有效率为85.71%。两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：坤泰胶囊联合氯米芬治疗经间期出血疗效优于单用戊酸雌二醇（补佳乐）。
Objective： To observe effects of the Kuntai capsule plus clomiphene on infertility among patients with bleeding. Methods： The treatment group of 56 cases took the Kuntai capsule for 7~10 days. The control group took estradiol valerate in the first 5 days of menstruation（progynova）, for 7~10 days. Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. Results： The total efficiency of 96.42% was better than 85.71% in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Kuntai capsule plus clomiphene on bleeding between periods is btter than estradiol valerate alone（Progynova）.
