摘要
目的 :探讨使用针刺疗法治疗慢性膝部疼痛的效果。方法 :选取近年来我院收治的60例慢性膝部疼痛患者作为研究对象。根据这些患者就诊的时间将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例患者。为对照组患者使用激光疗法进行治疗,为观察组患者使用针刺疗法进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分及膝部功能改善的情况。结果 :观察组患者治疗12周后、治疗12个月后的疼痛评分及膝部功能评分均明显低于对照组患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :使用针刺疗法治疗慢性膝部疼痛可减轻患者疼痛的程度,改善其膝部功能。此治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic knee pain. Methods： Randomly selected in October 2013 - October 2014 60 patients admitted to our hospital with chronic knee pain, according to the chronological treatment, divided into two groups and the control group were given laser therapy, acupuncture treatment, treatment were compared after the pain scores, knee function improvement. Results： After treatment, the observation group knee pain score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）; observation group improved knee function than the control group, the difference was statistieally significant （P 〈l）.l）5）. Conclusion： chronic knee pain patients given acupuncture treatment, reduce patient pain and knee function, should be promoted in the clinical therapeutic applications.
