The Value of MRI Dynamic Enhanced Silhouette Combined with Time-signal Intensity Curves in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

摘要 目的探讨磁共振动态增强剪影+时间-信号强度曲线在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法 80例可疑乳腺占位性病变患者,其中乳腺癌40例,良性病变40例,均进行常规磁共振诊断与磁共振动态增强剪影+时间-信号强度曲线分析。结果乳腺癌患者的峰值时间明显低于对照组,而信号增强比率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);磁共振动态增强剪影+时间-信号强度曲线诊断乳腺癌的敏感度与特异度为92.5%和100.0%。结论磁共振动态增强剪影+时间-信号强度曲线在乳腺癌诊断中的应用有很好的影像学特征,可供临床参考。 Objective To discuss the value of MRI dynamic enhanced silhouette combined with time-signal intensity curves in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 80 cases that had been suspiciously diagnosed space occupying breast lesion(SOBL) were selected, including breast cancer 40 cases and benign lesion 40 cases, and they were diagnosed by MRI. Their MRI dynamic enhanced silhouette and time-signal intensity curves were analyzed. Results Peak time of breast cancer patients was significantly lower than control group, while the signal enhancement rate was significantly higher(P〈0.05). MRI dynamic enhanced silhouette combined with time-signal intensity curves showed that the sensitivity and specificity were respectively 92.5% and 100.0% for the diagnosis of breast cancer. Conclusion MRI dynamic enhanced silhouette combined with time-signal intensity curves in the diagnosis of breast cancer has a good imaging features, and it can provide a reference for the clinical.
