摘要
目的手法及中药治疗髌下脂肪垫损伤的疗效观察。方法 128例髌下脂肪垫损伤患者,分为治疗组68例,对照组60例。采用手法及中药为治疗组患者治疗,单纯手法治疗对照组患者,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的治疗有效率97.05%,对照组为78.33%,P<0.01。结论手法结合中药治疗效果显著。
Objective Massage and traditional Chinese medicine treat infrapatellar fat pad injury curative effect observation. Method 128 patients were randomly divided into treat group and control group. Treat group was treated with both massage and traditional Chinese medicine, and control group was treated with massage only. Results The effective percentage of treatment was 97.05%, and 78.33% of comparison group（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Massage and traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect gain notable curative effect.
