摘要 本实验应用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法分析罐装食品内壁涂层中双酚A类衍生物的迁移情况,重点调研罐装奶粉、罐装功能饮料、熟肉制品罐头及鱼罐头等酸性及油脂性食品的包装材料中双酚A-二缩水甘油醚与双酚F-二缩水甘油醚等双酚A衍生物的迁移情况。检测发现,罐装功能饮料、熟肉制品罐头及鱼罐头等金属罐内壁涂层均存在不同程度双酚A类衍生物迁移,部分样品更超出了欧盟关于环氧树脂涂层的限量要求。 The migration of Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether or Bisphenol F diglycidyl ether and its derivatives from coating contacting with food was analyzed based on the method of HPLC- fluorescence detector. The migration investigation was focused on canned food of milk powder, energy drinks, cooked meat and cooked fish. Analyzed on the sum-up results, there are different degrees migrations of Bisphenol A derivatives in the can coating, in which some of them aren't in accordance with EU Regulation on the restriction of epoxy resin.
