This article mainly carries on the reform and the practice from following several aspects to the talent training mode of the electromechanical specialty： leading the development of local economic; adapting the adjustment of industrial structure; employment as guide; ability as standard; paying attention to professional planning; reconstruct curriculum system; combining learning with working; cooperation between school and enterprise.
