摘要
在电极箔化成工艺中,磷酸中处理液随着杂质浓度的增长而老化,达到一定程度必须进行更换新鲜的磷酸,导致大量的磷酸资源浪费,排入污水系统,又将引起严重环境污染。本研究提出采用反渗透与离子交换树脂相结合净化化成废磷酸的工艺,并对净化后的回收酸在化成应用进行可行性分析。研究结果表明:经本净化处理后,Fe^(3+)去除率达92.6%、Al^(3+)去除率达99%、Cu^(2+)以及Cl^-等主要杂质离子均大幅降低。此外,回收酸工艺对化成箔的耐水合等性能仅有1%左右的下降;在电容器长时间高温贮存寿命以及加载寿命性能等方面研究结果显示,铝电容器的电性能及其寿命都是可靠的。
In the forming process of electrode foil, with the growth of the impurity concentration to a certain extent in phosphoric acid, the acid must be replaced with fresh phosphate, which caused phosphate to be discharged into the sewage disposal system, and would cause serious environmental pollution. In the study, the reverse osmosis combining with ion exchange resin process was used to purify the waste phosphoric acid, and the feasibility analysis of the reapplication in the electrode foil formation was carried out.The results showed: the removal rate of Fe^(3+) is 92.6 %, the removal rate of Al^(3+) is 99 %, Cu^(2+) and Cl-etc. the main impurity ions were greatly reduced by this purification process. The property of electrode foil forming with the recycled phosphate acid was about 1 % decreased in the capacitor. In addition, the results of long time high temperature storage life and load life performance showed: the electrical properties of aluminum capacitor and its life were reliable.
