摘要
斗轮堆取料机在使用中常会碰撞到煤堆或地基等硬物,而其前臂架较长,碰撞后前臂架会发生振动。以往对斗轮堆取料机的分析仅限于静力分析,文中通过Ansys软件对前臂架碰撞问题进行瞬态动力学分析,从而得到碰撞后前臂架的响应。
Bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer in operation usually bumps into the coal pile or foundation and other hard solids,resulting in vibration of the forearm after impact due to its long forearm. Previous analysis on the bucket wheel stacker / reclaimer is limited to static analysis. The paper describes the transient dynamical analysis on forearm impact problem with Ansys to get the impacted forearm response.
