摘要
计算机取证技术作为打击网络犯罪案件的重要技术,通过提供合法、有效的电子证据能够发挥重要的辅助作用,甚至在破案中处于关键地位。本文从计算机取证技术概述着手,对其系统构成进行分析,并对其存在问题及发展趋势进行探讨。
Computer Forensics as an important technology to combat cybercrime cases, by providing legal and valid electronic evidence can play an important supporting role, even in a key position in the detection.
