摘要
为提高美丽乡村建设的总体水平，放大美丽乡村建设的综合效益，推动农村社会结构的科学变迁、资源共建共享和机制体制创新，河北省提出着力打造9个连片美丽乡村，把连片美丽乡村打造成新农村建设示范区。针对连片美丽乡村建设，本文提出“整体考虑片区的功能、风貌特色，统筹规划村庄布局、村庄建设、连村道路、环村林带、公共设施、第六产业发展等”为美丽乡村建设的主要任务。
In order to improve the overall level of the beautiful countryside construction, expand the comprehensive benefits of the construction project, and to promote the scientific reform of rural social structure, resource sharing and maintaining, as well as mechanism system innovation, Hebei Province has put forward to construct 9 beautiful countryside zones and been making efforts to develop these zones into models of new rural construction planning. This paper proposes two main tasks for the beautiful countryside construction planning as ＂focus on the functionality and features of the zones, and overall planning of village layouts, village buildings, village roads, forest belts, public facilities and the development of the sixth industry＂.
