摘要
分析了国内外不动产登记的历史发展和国内管理现状,总结了当前不动产管理难点,探索性提出了统一管理体制、健全法规、打破利益阻碍、提高人员素质、解决技术瓶颈等不动产登记的方案。
This paper analyzes the historical development and current situation of domestic and foreign real estate registration, and summarizes the current difficulties in the management of real estate, and puts forward the unified management system, improve the regulations, break the interests, improve the quality of personnel, and solve technical bottlenecks and other real estate registration of real estate.
