摘要
目的:提高病案管理效率,降低病案存储耗费;挖掘有价值的历史病案,提升历史病案的可再利用性。方法:在粒度计算的基础上,用商空间理论描述并处理病案,同时用已有的VSM方法对病案进行检索。结果:有效管理病案,对病案进行检索、分类等操作。结论:提高了病案管理效率,帮助我国病案信息资源的有序积累,进一步提升病案在医疗过程和科学研究中的价值。
Objective： To improve the efficiency of medical record management and reutilization of historical records, reduce the storage consumption of medical records, and excavate the values of historical records. Methods： Describing and dealing with the medical record using the quotient space theory based on the granular computing, and retrieving the medical record using the VSM method. Results： Managing the medical records effectively, retrieving and classifying of the medical records. Conclusion： Improving the efficiency of medical record management and to accumulating the medical records information resources. To advance the values of medical records that in medical process and scientific research.
