摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方足癣乳膏中甲硝唑的含量。方法:色谱柱:DIKMA Diamonsil C18柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(20:80);流速:1.0m L·min^-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:320nm。结果:甲硝唑在3.148μg.m L-1~37.78μg.m L^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率100.80%,RSD=2.5%。结论:本方法结果准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于复方足癣乳膏的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole in Tinea pedis cream. Method: The column was D1KMA DiamonsilC18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase was methanol- water(20:80). The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1 The detection wavelength was 320nm and the temperature of column was 30℃. Result: The metronidazole showed a good linearity in the range of 3. 148 - 37.78μg. mL^-1, r =0. 9995. The average recovery was 100. 80%, and RSD was 2. 5%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the aualitv of Tinea pedis cream.
