摘要
本文以蜡油加氢裂化装置分馏工段为研究对象,采用HYSYS软件对该工段进行模拟计算。通过对原料油和产品油组分及组成、设备结构及性能参数等的优化,得到了较为适宜的结果。对实组分切割的进料与工艺包中进料数据进行了比较分析,选取了硫化氢汽提塔和分馏塔的模拟结果与工艺包中数据进行比较,可为蜡油加氢装置的工艺设计提供参考。
Taking the fractionation section of wax oil hydrotreating process as an object of study,the HYSYS is used for simulation and calculation in this paper. By optimization of component and composition of raw material and product, structure parameter and performance parameter, the appropriate optimization result is obtained. Then the feed data of existing physics and process package are analyzed and compared. By comparing simulation result of stripper tower and fractionation tower to the corresponding data in process package, this paper can be used as reference for design of wax oil hydrotreating process.
