摘要
开发了多精度等级并联过滤的技术,并合理布局梯度混合型复合纤维过滤材料,有效解决了油液随油温变化自动调节过滤精度并适应高黏度介质的难题;建立了蜡式热动力元件的热力数学模型,根据该模型设计合理的感应元件结构型式,应用于自力式温度控制阀,解决了油液能根据不同油温自动调节通过冷却油路流量的难题。
This paper provides a solution to automatically adjust the filter precision with oil temperature change and adapt to the high viscosity medium by the parallel filtering technology of multi-level precision and rational distribu- tion of gradient hybrid composite fiber filter material. The problem that the oil flow through the cooling can be ad- justed automatically according to different oil temperature is solved by self-operated temperature control valve with well-designed structure type for sensing element which is based on the thermal mathematical model of wax-type ther- mal power component.
