摘要 为了提高"发酵食品工艺学"课堂教学质量,从优化教学内容、综合利用多种教学策略和构建良好的师生关系3个方面进行了课堂教学改革探讨。通过实践得出,以上改革可以明显提高学生学习兴趣,获得较好的教学实效。 In order to enhance students' interest in Fermented Food Technology learning and improve the teaching quality, There are many ways such as optimizing the teaching content, comprehensive use of various teaching strategies and building a good relationship between teachers and students have been discussed. Through practice, the ways mentioned above can obviously improve students' learning interest and get excellent teaching results.
