摘要
选用市场上常见的细木工板作为研究对象,采用明火引燃和辐射引燃两种方式制备燃烧炭化痕迹,观察其宏观特征;利用扫描电镜观察其炭化物微观形貌;利用图像处理技术,对不同引燃方式下细木工板燃烧炭化物宏观和微观形貌进行分析。研究发现,随着燃烧时间增加,炭化裂纹深度、宽度增加并出现灰化现象;细胞腔体积增大,出现干缩、错位断裂和变形现象。引燃方式和燃烧时间对板材的炭化程度、裂纹宽度的变化以及燃烧炭化物细胞内部参数有明显影响。
Block board common in market was selected as the study object. The burning trace sample is made by ignited with open flame and with radiation. The micro-characteristic was studied with scanning electron microscope. Analyze the macro- scopic and microcosmic combustion carbonized trace under dif- ferent ignition types with image processing. The study result showed that as the combustion time increased, the crack depth and width raised and the ashing phenomenon appeared; the lu- men volume increased, drying shrinkage, fracture dislocation and deformation phenomenon appeared. Ignite mode and com- bustion time have obvious effect on carbonization degree, crack width and the carbonization cell parameter.
