摘要 计量监督管理的信息化对器具市场标准规范,保障公民和法人合法权益具有积极促进作用.然而多数的信息系统的设计与实现是基于客户端/服务器模式的,其系统平台的维护成本高,安装繁琐,异地操作性差,运行效率低.针对这些问题,运用开源Struts技术、Spring技术、Hibernate技术作为计量平台的整体架构,界面运用组件丰富的EXTJS展现,设计开发实现了基于浏览器/服务器模式的一套计量管理综合服务平台.实现了计量业务实时管理监督,提高了工作效率. Information technology applied to metrology inspection and management of measurement instrument plays an important role in standardizing measurement instrument marking, protecting consumers' rights and benefits. However, most of the design and implementation of information systems for measurement instrument is based on a client/server model which has high maintenance costs on its system platform, complicated installation, poor remote operability and low operating efficiency. To solve these problems, we use the open-source Struts, Spring, Hibernate technologies as the architecture of the metrology system platform and develop its interface by the rich components EXTJS. The integrated service metrology platform is implemented based on browser/server model. The reality demonstrates that the implemented platform system achieves the real-time supervision and management for measurement instrument, and improves the work efficiency.
