浅论对广藿香挥发性成分进行气相色谱-质谱分析的结果 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :对广藿香挥发油中的化学成分进行气相色谱-质谱分析。方法 :采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取广藿香中的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其进行分析鉴定,并采用峰面积归一化法测定其中各挥发性成分的相对含量。结果 :共分离出104个化学成分,其中26个化学成分的匹配度在85%以上,占挥发油总量的45.32%,其中相对含量在1%以上的成分依次为广藿香醇(占21.00%)、棕榈酸(占4.78%)、开司米酮(占3.60%)、西车烯(占3.12%)、α-愈创木烯(占1.75%)、β-广藿香烯(占1.66%)、蓝桉醇(占1.32%)和月桂酸(占1.08%)。结论 :广藿香挥发油中主要的化学成分为萜类化合物,以倍半萜的种数最多且主要是15个碳的小分子化合物。 Objective :To study the volatiles from bark of Pogostemon cablin. Method :The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy(GS-MS). The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Result :104 chemical composition was isolated from bark of Pogostemon cablin, and 26 among the 104 composition were identified more than 85%, accounted for 45.32% of the total volatile oil. There are 7 composition contents higher than 1%. The highest composition is Patchouli alcohol(21.00%), followed by Palmitic acid(4.78%), Cashmeran(3.60%), Seychellene(3.12%), alpha-Guajen(1.75%), beta-Patchoulene(1.66%), Globulol(1.32%), and Lauric acid(1.08%). Conclusion :The major components from bark of Pogostemon cablin are terpenes with 15 carbon, up to sesquiterpenes.
