摘要
为及时了解本校中药学专业学生毕业实习情况及其中存在的问题,对该专业2015届完成毕业实习的学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,80%学生的毕业实习属于科研实验型,大部分学生能自己完成毕业实习课题内容,67.8%的学生认为实习过程中在实验操作和做人做事方面学到了很多,84.7%的学生对实习岗位满意,且满意率与对指导教师的满意度相关。调查结果也反映出部分学生的实习效果不佳、实习内容与就业工作相关度较差、学生对实习工作及教师指导不满意等。认为需进一步从提高毕业实习的重要地位、加强实习管理、提高指导教师水平、指导学生合理安排实习等方面提高学生毕业实习的效果,推进毕业实习改革,为学生成功步入社会提供更好的实践培训。
To timely understand the situation and the problems existing in the pre-graduation practice, the studentsmajoring in Chinese medicine who completed pre-graduation practice in 2015 were investigated with questionnairesurvey. The results showed that nearly 80% of the students engaged in scientific experiment for pre-graduationpractice, most of them completed the pre- graduation practice by themselves, 67.8% of them thought that theylearned a lot in the practice, 84.7% of them were satisfied with the pre-graduation practice and the satisfaction wasassociated with the tutors. The questionnaire also reflected some problems, such as gaining less during the practice,poor correlation between pre- graduation practice and employment, being unsatisfied with the pre- graduationpractice or tutors, etc. The authors suggest that improvement work should be done to further improve the effect ofthe students’ pre- graduation practice from directing the students to understand the important role of pre-graduation practice, strengthening the practice management, improving the level of tutors so as to promote thereform of pre-graduation practice, and provide better practical training for the students before they enter the society.
